Josephine Westphal

Ms. Josephine Westphal is part owner of iBDC and holds the position of CEO. At iBDC, Josephine has been responsible for the overall project management and the day to day financial responsibilities.  She has been instrumental in planning for the future of our business and works closely with our financial advisor.  Josephine’s impact encourages and empowers leaders at any organization to lead with authenticity that inspires the team to openly communicate and thrive together.

For the past five years, Josephine held the title of Accounting Manager at Building Drops Inc.  where she reported at that time directly to the CFO. Josephine was responsible for ensuring that all 200 projects move seamlessly and assuring that Building Drops maintains a healthy financial position. She designed new reporting methods to be used for our customers as well as assisted in negotiating several new projects payment terms.

Josephine earned two degrees from the University of Miami, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a Master of Music in Music Business and Entertainment Industries.
